  • Review of reception details
  • Confirmation with vendors and delivery times
  • Detailed itineraries for rehearsal and wedding
  • Itineraries for wedding party and parents of bride and groom
  • To do list for any helpers associated with wedding
  • Coordination and direction of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • 1.5 hours of service for rehearsal
  • Collection of centerpieces, cake accessories, and decorations
  • Collection of gifts to be placed with designated person

You will be assisted with every wedding detail from the time you sign our contract to the final call at your reception. This package has been created for the busy couple or the couple that would like a stress free engagement planning the big event.
